By placing an order with ThriftyGlitz you hereby acknowledge and accept each of the following:
1. All items are pre-owned and of unknown origin. We cannot verify it's original construction, original products used or its weight capacity. In no event shall ThriftyGlitz be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages or injury whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of its items. Vintage and pre-owned items may or may not be in working condition. Vintage and pre-owned items inherently have blemishes, nicks and other imperfections due to age, use and history. These imperfections are considered desirable "unique traits" of the item and are considered as an enhancement of display quality. In some cases we make repairs, and purposely leave natural aging, patina and markings to highlight and preserve its vintage character. If you are not that kind of buyer, we advise you to seek out replicas and new reproductions.
2. Surface condition of item is noted through description, photos or video. You are accepting these conditions when you purchase an item.
3. An item may not be returned due to color. We cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen is the exact color of the item in person. This is due to differences in monitor settings, monitor pixel definitions, digital photography, printing, individuals eyesight and other elements beyond our control. If you are uncertain of the color, do not buy the item.
4. We do not accept unauthorized returns, refunds or exchanges for any reason.
SHIPPING: We arrange first class or priority shipping of our items. Costs are based on your location and size/weight of package. We designate our items into shipping categories based on these variables. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or other remote and outlying areas.
SHIPPING TIMELINE: Furniture shipping is handled by a third-party white-glove shipping company that we contract with. Estimated delivery time is within one week of shipping in most cases.
SHIPPING GUIDELINES: Guidelines are set based on weight of the item you are purchasing. Sometimes rates fluctuate or change. We try to offer the best price available to us at the time. We schedule shipping once we receive payment from you.
LOCAL PICK UP / DELIVERY: Unavailable
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Returns, exchanges or refunds may be offered if an item is damaged / destroyed while shipping and a request for review is made. Any and all damage / issues are to be documented at the time of delivery. Pictures of broken item and damaged shipping container must be provided in order to initiate a request. You may email photos of damage and request a review of the issue at Report Shipping Damage. All sales are final.
CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your order within 8 hours of purchase provided the item has not been packaged or shipped.
